Life Science- third marking period
There will be NO LATE WORK ACCEPTED after FRidays this grading period. I will be giving students weekly grades. They will keep track of their own grades. For example, this week they are responsible for:
-4 homework assignments ( a DNA worksheet on Monday and then pages 71, 72, 73 in their Mead booklets) Students keep all their work in a colored folder. Parents - just ask to see week 13 work-- check it out!

-a coloring project called the ABCs of DNA

- a paper model of DNA which they made in class with a partner

- a week of DO NOWs
Bonus points could be earned this week by keeping assignments written down in their Westlake planner . . . and I certainly reward extra effort in class!

Please ask to see your child's weekly grades.

AGAIN-- all work is to be done by Fridays . . . if parents call the school and ask to talk to me I will consider extending the time if their is a medical or family reason for not turning in the work on Fridays.
